Engineering and Plant Maintenance Support
Specifically for Plant Maintenance purposes we will repair or reverse-engineer process machinery components, design and manufacture bespoke production-line equipment and help to provide engineering solutions to problems quickly and efficiently. A unique element of our support service is that we will fund and stock critical spares if required as shown below.
Our design and machining facilities are also available for prototype and development purposes and the production of tooling including welding, assembly and inspection fixtures.

Production Support for Scheduled Work
We have developed effective, long-lasting partnerships with companies who schedule regular orders. In many cases we maintain stocks of specified components to support their production effort and help prevent costly shortage situations.
Stores facility for Critical Components and Spare Parts
In addition to holding critical components stocks to assist production, we will also keep agreed quantities of critical parts for Process machinery in stock to provide a cost effective and reliable source of spares for emergency breakdown purposes. This service is funded by Maple Worcester Ltd to an agreed limit and chargeable thereafter.
